   Dr. Antony Ham Pong is a Consultant in Allergy, Asthma & Immunology in private practice, seeing infants, children and adults.  He is an Assistant Professor (VPT) at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario and Expert Content Advisor in the Allergy/Immunology section, Foundations teaching block, University of Ottawa School of Medicine.  He is a Physician Examiner for the Medical Council of Canada Evaluation Examinations. He is also a medical consultant for the Canadian Pharmacists’ Association, and Reviewer for their publications, “Compendium of Pharmaceutical Specialties (CPS)”, and for “Therapeutic Choices” and a reviewer for the Canadian Medical Journal. He has also assisted in establishing the first Allergy Clinic in Nunavut which he currently staffs.
   Dr. Ham Pong trained in Allergy/Immunotherapy at the University of Texas, Galveston. During this time, he was a member of the Children's Lung Health Committee, and Chairman, Family Asthma Education Program of the American Lung Association, Houston, Texas.
   Dr. Ham Pong is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Society for Allergy and Clinical Immunology and was previously the Chief of the Allergy Clinic, and consultant in the Chest Clinic, Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario. He has been an adviser to Health Canada on Food Labelling, Food Safety and on regulation of Genetically Modified Foods, and has sat on several Expert Committees on the issues.
   The Working Group on Food Labelling in which Dr. Ham Pong participated was instrumental in leading to the passage of Canadian Regulations for Mandatory Labelling of Allergenic Foods.  He was also the Canadian consultant to the Reader’s Digest book “The Allergy Bible”, and a medical adviser for the Canadian School Board’s handbook on Anaphylaxis in Schools. He has contributed to a number of medical texts, journals and lay publications including “Pediatrics in Review” and the Brostoff & Challacombe’s “Food Allergy and Intolerance”.  
   Dr. Ham Pong has a special interest in ‘Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis’, and in particular peanut allergy treatment and asthma. He has been interviewed and quoted extensively in the media and has been featured in the television documentary: The Nature of Things: “The Allergy Fix”.
   Among his other interests, his award-winning garden has the only ‘Himalayan Blue Poppy Garden’ in Ontario.

Dr Edgar Yee is a consultant in Allergy, Asthma and Immunology in private practice. He received his training at the University of Saskatchewan and Louisiana State University.
