The Clinic

The clinic is located in Suite 208 on the second floor of the Medical Building. Elevators are available for the mobile impaired. The office doors are opened from 8:15 AM everyday. Patients are asked to come at least 10 minutes prior to an appointment as there are forms to be filled out.

Weekend Appointments

The entrance doors to the Medical Building are locked on weekends but entrance can be granted by entering the number 2081 on the intercom which is located to the LEFT of the entrance doors to the building. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GO DOWN THE RAMP to the underground parking, the doors will not open on the weekend. Park anywhere on the surface. The parking lot is not monitored on weekends.

  Independently-Managed Underground Parking (PAYMENT REQUIRED)
The parking pay-machine (located on P1) accepts CASH, DEBIT and CREDIT CARDS.
Note: There is no ATM in the building.
 
  1. You will be in close proximity to other patients in the office that may or may not be highly allergic to some foods and drugs. You are required to dispose of ALL foods and drink prior to entering the office. A waste disposal bin is available in the downstairs lobby.
     
  2. Please bring a Valid Health Card with you to your visit.

      The waiting area in the office is limited
> Come to the appointment 5 minutes before
   your designated time.
> Masks are optional but highly recommended
> You must be well.
> You must not have a fever.
> You must come alone.

(Exemption: the patient is a minor or is in need of assistance from the accompanying individual.)

                  $100 NO SHOW FEE
AS A COURTESY TO OTHER PATIENTS WAITING FOR APPOINTMENTS, PATIENTS WITH APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO GIVE THE OFFICE A CANCELLATION  NOTICE 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

FAILING TO DO THIS WILL RESULT  IN A $100 NO SHOW FEE.
