New Patients

On arrival to the office, please present a Valid Health Card to the receptionist. You will be checked in and given a form to fill out. On completion of the form, please return it to the receptionist for processing. Your name will be called once the Allergist is ready to see you.

Appointments last approximately 1 hour 20 minutes. Please plan your time accordingly.

Patients for re-assessment

On arrival to the office, please present a Valid Health Card to the receptionist. You will be checked in and given a form to fill out. This completion of the form is  necessary to make note of any changes since your last annual visit. On completion of the form, please return it to the receptionist for processing. Your name will be called once the Allergist is ready to see you.

Follow-up Patients

On arrival to the office, please present a Valid Health Card to the receptionist. You will be checked in. Your name will be called once the Allergist is ready to see you.

Allergy Shot Patients

On arrival to the office, please present a Valid Health Card to the receptionist. You will be registered. Your name will be called once the Nurse is ready to see you.

Remember: You are expected to wait 30 minutes after each allergy shot.

IMPORTANT NOTE: No anti-histamines are to be taken 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment.
Inhalers and puffers are allowed.

   $100 NO SHOW FEE
AS A COURTESY TO OTHER PATIENTS WAITING FOR APPOINTMENTS, PATIENTS WITH APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO GIVE THE OFFICE A CANCELLATION  NOTICE 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

FAILING TO DO THIS WILL RESULT
      IN A $100 NO SHOW FEE.
